Before founding Griffin Associated, Maria led high-impact fundraising at CCS Fundraising and served as Chief Advancement Officer at a nationally recognized nonprofit, raising $20M annually. Her career began in the classroom with Teach For America, evolved through political strategy and candidate coaching, and sharpened in the boardrooms of some of the most influential social impact organizations.
